The Easiest Way to Share Your Story

Want to make a video but have no idea what to say? We made it easy.

Click the link whenever you have a few minutes. We’ll ask you a few simple questions, one at a time, and you can record your answers right from your phone or computer.

It is not live, so there is:

• Nothing to schedule
• No script to write
• No video editing
• No pressure to get it perfect

Once you are finished, we’ll put your answers together, clean up the video, and send it back to you. We may also ask if we can share it on ICFR’s website or social media, but we’ll always get your permission first.

You Control Your Own Story

You do not have to share anything you are not comfortable sharing. You do not have to include details that feel too personal, painful, or triggering. You can keep parts of your story private and still help someone. You should not share names of any other patients or support group members.

Before you post, ask yourself:

• Am I okay with people knowing this part of my story?
• Does this feel safe for me to share?
• Could this help someone feel less alone?
• Am I leaving out details that may be too personal or triggering?

• Am I ready for people to comment, message me, or ask questions?
